BANOBAGI Plastic Surgery

517 Nonhyeon-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea

Official location source

BANOBAGI's introduction lists transconjunctival fat repositioning among eye procedures.

Read the official information

The listing confirms a surgical under-eye category but does not establish an indication or current price.

Ask: What examination finding would make transconjunctival fat repositioning relevant, and what alternatives were considered?

BECOME Plastic Surgery

2F, Suite 201, IS Tower, 101 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea (Yeoksam-dong)

Official location source

BECOME publishes under-eye fat repositioning and separately lists under-eye-roll filler within its injectable page.

Read the official information

The separate labels support asking whether the target is a bag, hollow or aegyo-sal rather than treating them as one issue.

Ask: Which exact under-eye structure are you proposing to treat, and why is surgery or filler the suitable category?

LIENJANG Gangnam

12F, 14-18F, 343 Gangnam Tower, 403 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul (Reception & Consultation 18F)

Official location source

LIENJANG Gangnam publishes injectables and non-surgical aesthetic treatments through official English pages.

Read the official information

A broad injectable menu should not be converted into a tear-trough or aegyo-sal recommendation without a named target and product.

Ask: For my stated area, what exact product, volume, plane, price and tax term would apply after assessment?

MUSE Gangnam

2F Daeyeon Building, 452 Gangnam-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul

Official location source

MUSE publishes eye-area device and injectable packages with named shots and cc amounts on its English event page.

Read the official information

A package can document components but does not make it equivalent to filler or fat-repositioning surgery.

Ask: Which component targets my diagnosed feature, and is any part unnecessary if the concern is a hollow rather than a bag?

Clinics are listed alphabetically. Sources checked 1 November 2026. Missing information should be confirmed with the clinic.

Define the feature before choosing a category

"Under-eye treatment" can refer to several areas. A bulging fat pad may create an eye bag. A groove may be described as a tear trough. Loose skin concerns the lower lid. Aegyo-sal refers to a small roll close to the lash line and should not be treated as another name for a tear trough. Write down the feature, lighting in which it appears, and whether it changes with smiling or swelling.

BECOME publishes under-eye fat repositioning and also lists an under-eye-roll filler section. BANOBAGI lists transconjunctival fat repositioning. LIENJANG publishes injectables and non-surgical treatments, while MUSE publishes skin injections and an under-eye device package. None of those menu facts decides which category fits you.

Compare anatomy before choosing surgery or filler

Surgery and filler act through different mechanisms and carry different risk profiles. The clinician should identify whether the concern is protruding fat, a hollow, skin laxity, pigment, muscle shape, or a combination. For filler, record the exact product, volume, injection plane, emergency protocol, and how previous filler would affect future surgery. For surgery, record what tissue is moved or removed and how lower-lid support is assessed.

Keep nearby labels separate

A price for aegyo-sal filler is not automatically a tear-trough price. A device package labeled for the under-eye does not prove it treats the same anatomy as fat repositioning. Keep every label, product, volume, and target area intact when you compare clinic information.

Use an under-eye decision sheet

Photographs can help describe the issue but should not replace examination. Bring front and oblique images in neutral light, previous filler dates and products, eye-surgery history, dry-eye symptoms, allergies, medications, and any episodes of prolonged swelling. Have the clinician mark the treatment area on a diagram before quoting.

  • Target: bag, groove, skin, pigment or aegyo-sal
  • Finding at rest and while smiling
  • Proposed product or operation
  • Exact filler volume or surgical scope
  • Plan for previous filler
  • Aftercare and urgent contact route

The ASPS filler safety page lists bruising, lumps, infection, asymmetry and rare intravascular complications including vision loss. The NHS eyelid page covers lower-eyelid approaches and the need to discuss risks and follow-up.

Read prices and packages with their limits

BECOME's cited English pages list no qualifying current numeric under-eye price. BANOBAGI uses inquiry channels. LIENJANG's reference list contains many products, but a generic filler listing should not be relabeled as a tear-trough quote. MUSE's November under-eye packages combine named device or injectable components, yet a package remains different from an individualized diagnosis.

Confirm whether tax is included, whether the quoted product and amount are fixed, and whether the price applies to your target area. The NHS travel guidance recommends checking language, aftercare, complications, insurance and return travel. Choose only after a clinician assesses your anatomy and explains why the proposed category fits the stated concern.

Frequently asked questions

Are eye bags and tear troughs the same?

No. They can coexist, but one describes protrusion and the other a groove or hollow. Assessment should name the target.

Is aegyo-sal filler a tear-trough treatment?

No. The areas and goals differ, so keep the clinic's exact label, product and volume.

Can a device package replace under-eye surgery?

A package may suit some concerns, but it is a different treatment category. Individual anatomy and goals determine whether it is relevant.

Clinic information is attributed to each provider. NHS and ASPS sources explain general care and risks. They do not describe Korean legal requirements or clinic-specific outcomes.
