The current site has no appointment form, contact form, medical-image upload, account, payment form or live chat. Do not place medical records or personal information in a downloaded correction template.
What happens to checklist choices and search terms?
Checkbox selections and search terms remain in the current browser tab. This code does not write them to local storage or send them to a server. Reloading clears the selections. Downloading a checklist creates a text file on your device.
What tracking is present?
No GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixel or third-party font is included. Interaction events are held in browser memory for interface operation and are not transmitted as analytics.
Can hosting logs exist?
Yes. Hosting infrastructure may create technical access or security logs. This static build does not configure, inspect or control the host's retention and processing of those logs.
What happens on external links?
Clicking an NHS, ASPS or clinic link leaves this site, and the destination's privacy terms apply. Clinic buttons carry referral parameters identifying this site, article and link position. They contain no medical or personal details.
